The Oreo Cheesecake cookie is where two desserts become one. We start with a soft, creamy cheesecake-style dough and cover it in crushed Oreo cookies, so every bite has pockets of rich, tangy cheesecake swirled with dark chocolate cookie crumbs. It bakes up with crisp, crumbly edges and a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth center.
