Toffee Butter Bomb

The Toffee Butter Bomb is our most buttery cookie yet: a rich, golden dough loaded with crunchy toffee bits, chocolate pieces and toasted walnuts. It bakes up with crisp, caramelized edges that crackle when you break it. Inside, the center stays soft and chewy, with toffee melting into little pockets of buttery goodness.

Every bite hits the sweet-and-salty spot. Deep caramel and toasty butter come first, then the crunch of toffee and walnut, then a hit of chocolate to finish it off. It's the cookie for anyone who has ever picked the toffee out of the candy dish first.

Like every Monstrous Cookie, it's baked in small batches in San Diego by founder JT Bigelow and brought to you at local farmers markets. Big flavor, bigger heart, and a cookie big enough to share (but we won't blame you if you don't).
